The worst part about winter in Minnesota isn’t the cold – it’s the dark. And it’s already starting.
It was pitch black before 7pm today.
I get up earlier now, spend the day at school and work, and all I want to do when I get home is walk the dogs, watch a trashy reality show online, and then go to bed.
The 2Ls tried to scare us with the darkness during 1L year – “It’ll be dark when you go to class and dark when you come home” they said. They were right. The upshot is that I am more productive now, even if my day ends 7 or 8pm, so the darkness isn’t so terrible. Time for the BGC!
