I sometimes wonder if it’s kosher not to pick up the pee.

…but I never do. Heck, even poop is questionable during winter if a plow is coming. Whatever. My sense of dog ownership duties is correlated with the temperature. Below zero means it’s a free for all if no one’s looking.
