A gaggle of us went on the Summit Brewery tour in St. Paul.
The Summit brewery is another example of a Minnesota-based company that is committed to the region. I’ll spare you the “why Minnesota is awesome” rant because I think we’ve established that already.
The Brewery has some serious machinery and reminds me a lot of the book factory at work. Oh, and the entire place smells like a frat house. The tour was amusing and the free beer at the end was just a bonus…
