My optometrists are at the Mall of America Lenscrafters. I love them. They are competent and the assistants are hilarious. But the downside of going to the mall for contacts is passing this place:
I can’t remember what this restaurant is called, but it is like a jungle themed Chuck-E-Cheese and the amount of screaming is unreal. They are banshees.
And of course I can’t mention the word banshee without plugging B. Scott:
And I feel bad for the parents. I am sure they get glares every time they take their toddlers in public.
Toddlers scream. That is a fact of life. They are like an untrained puppies: they are cute, stinky, germy, and obnoxious and there’s nothing you can do about it. It just takes time for the grossness to go away.
But still… ick.
