At the dealership

There’s something depressing about waiting at a car dealership. I think it’s the looming bill.

The dogs chewed on the back seat door. They replaced the door panel for $400.

There was a crack in the plastic cover for my brake light. They had to replace the entire back light unit for about $200.

The plastic over of the front rear-view mirror was stolen one night when my car was parked on the street. $70 for the plastic cover but $100 for them to paint it.

Oh and my alternator was going out. $325ish for a new one.

Plus labor.

There goes the paycheck.
