There is an unofficial rule that you can have your dogs off-leash in the more wooded parks.
Well, the park rangers would disagree. One threatened to fine me $140-per-dog, but for the most part leash laws aren’t enforced AND technically their leashes are still on.
I’ll report back when/if I get fined.
