Sweat it out

I started walking the krakens around Lake of the Isles after our car disaster.

It’s a gorgeous walk:



…but I need to take the krakens to the lake earlier in the morning because halfway through today’s walk we started baking like SuperAmerica sausages, and the dogs took turns dramatically plopping down on the pathway like “IT’S TOO HOT! FUCK THIS SHIT!”



Then I get frustrated, chaos ensues, and we get dirty glares from old people who don’t approve of big dogs sassing their owner.

Another favorite lake passtime of the krakens is foraging for ticks in the underbrush.

Ugh.

I signed Harley up for an obedience class today. Maybe we can fix some of these misbehaviors…if not, tasers come in fashion colors…
