When my daughter was younger, I could easily calm her down when she was upset by gently rubbing the bridge of her nose between her eyes, it would put her right to sleep. It’s quite calming to have it done. Especially after a bad exam, like, I don’t know, say property, just for example.
I’ve also tried it on cats and rabbits, it works. Now I’m starting to sound like creepy animal-stroking guy though, so I’ll stop.

May 9, 2009 at 1:37 pmyou can do that trick with almost any dog. Just lightly stroke that area between their eyes and they will drift off to sleep.
