Harley is afraid of fireworks and gunfire-like popping noises.
So, he’s spent the past week cowering in the bathroom because it’s the only room in the apartment without windows.
I guess it’s like his bomb shelter…although it’s a little awkward having a dog stare at me when I’m on the toilet. Can I get some privacy please?

July 12, 2009 at 10:10 pmMy dog isn’t afraid of fireworks [that I know of]. He does, however, use my bedroom as his “bomb shelter” when my mom and brother get after him. He’ll come and sit on a small area rug in my room and just chill out until he figures he’s no longer in trouble. My mom calls it his “panic room.”
