I didn’t plan this very well. I biked to work this morning but left work at almost 6 p.m.

This means that it was almost 7:30 when I arrived at home, and I somehow had to do the laundry, cook that “almost expired” chicken and walk the dogs before 8 p.m.

I obviously did not get to bed at 8, which means that I am not going to get 8 hours of sleep before my 5 a.m. personal training session at LA Fitness.

And it looks like tomorrow is the last day that I can bike to work because it will storm on Friday, so I might bike to work tomorrow after getting tortured by the personal trainer.

…and yes, my legs hurt from today’s 32-mile bike ride. My upper body is also so sore from Tuesday’s personal training session that I almost dropped a cup at lunch yesterday because my arm muscles were failing…

The athletic life is hard, but I’m going to be staring in the mirror like Tweet by Halloween. Oops, oh my.

    Did you look over to the left?

    I start back with classes at the gym and working out on 6/20. Back to eating healthy for me. I’m trying to be in the best shape of my life when I turn the big 2-5 in December.

      I turn 25 in a month so I’m screwed as far as that…but the contract with the gym is for 6 months so I WILL get right by Halloween.
