The Rottweiler and I got caught in the rain today. We were halfway around Lake Calhoun when the epic tornado-producing thunderstorm rolled in.
Gertrude doesn’t like running while leashed, and she really wasn’t thrilled about running leashed in the downpour. So it was a slow “dragging the 100-lb dog while not looking animal abusey” sort of dash through the rain.
She’s unamused.
