The Moon Man

One of the most interesting things about the first days of the COVID-19 lock down was the effort people put into outlandish costumes.

There were dinosaurs, people wrapped in plastic, and blow-up Pikachus. The fun costumes gave way to fatigue, and as work-from-home wore on, PPE began to litter the neighborhood. 

People eventually got sick of the disposable masks and invested in reusable masks. While I’m grateful for the reduction in trash, I still wish someone would bring back the fun costumes.
