A new mural of sorts recently materialized in NoMa.
The mural replaced a beautiful graphic piece that I was sad to see go. The previous artwork was overpainted in black, and replaced with large grayscale images of people and Washington D.C. monuments.
The text reads “this too shall pass,” which I hope is true.

This is also a good reminder how temporary much of the street art around town is temporary.
