Toby Keith’s “I Love This Bar & Grill” in St. Louis Park is hilarious. I throw my cowboy boots on and drag over as many people as I can.
There is line dancing, people drinking out of mason jars and a ton of 10-gallon hats. I love it. The people watching is epic.
My favorite moment at Toby’s involved a guy next to us who had a giant can of “Thick It.”
He mixed his beer and the Thick-It powder in a jug, which turned the beer into a paste that he slogged down. It was disgusting but hilarious. I wonder what mojito paste would taste like…
