I was back at the Microsoft Store today…
Me: “…and in addition to the other performance issues, my video game also freezes every time. I saw some message board posts about that issue though and apparently some Apple users also have the same problem.”
Microsoft Tech: “Well and mac users have a lot of other issues too…”
Me: “And yet I am the one getting a four-month-old “top of the line” computer serviced for the second time. This is a $2,000 computer and even Microsoft Word lagged last night. We can’t say anything about the mac users right now.”
He wasn’t thrilled with my analysis, but he could see that I had a valid point.
