What about the Banana? Huh?

Sorry, what? Jack just responded to a question in Criminal Law… and I’m confused:
Jack: “…and the guy walking down the street carrying a banana thinking, ‘Ah! I’m going to kill someone today!’ is less likely to be successful than someone who planned it out.”
I’m not suggesting that Jack’s answers are incoherent. I’ll just listen better next time.
