Thousands of guys from across the country descended upon Oak Lawn this weekend for Texas Bear Roundup.
On Friday, Station 4 hosted a massive Mardi Gras themed party, and we got to see Willam from Rupaul’s Drag Race!
We were hesitant to drop $35/each on cover, but it was totally worth it – Willam sang live and performed on a hover board in heels.
Now that’s talent.

What a fun, but exhausting night.
The regular cast members also gave performances, and it was one of the most well-attended shows that we’ve seen.
We were completely burnt out by the end of the night and we did not even attempt to venture onto the dancefloor.

Shuttle buses circulated the gayborhood and would dump out dozens of guys each time. The bars and restaurants were packed, and it almost felt like Gay Pride all over again.
Although this was an expensive, weekend, it was definitely a lot of fun.
Good thing this only happens once a year.
