RA training is amazing… but there’s so much work, but this is awesome.
Simply awesome – the resident halls staff, my bosses, resident masters, and other RAs are all really cool. The awkwardness is slowly going away for us new RAs as we are getting to know everyone else – I’m probably the least social because I’m always either working on my room/floor or thinking about it,… …or simply exhausted. Naja.
Oh, and my room… let’s just say my beat is correct. Pictures Sunday.
