I’ve been so busy lately. I’ve been in RA training for the past couple of weeks and I’m a bit tired. The day I moved on campus I saw a car accident. This guy was semi racing me, ran a light, and crashed into a van. No one was hurt. Just a lady in shock and five screaming kids.
This weekend we had a RA retreat in Marco Island…basically a big hotel’s penthouse by the beach. Team builders and bonding, lectures, programming, training, meeting,…etc.
Oh, and when we were driving back the luggage compartment of the bus busted open launching our luggage and food into the road. Bejesus.
My days have been spent doing team builders and attending training sessions and afterwards working on first my room, and now since that’s done, my floor.
Residents start coming in this weekend I think. I still have so much to do… this retreat thing drove me nuts because I couldn’t work on my hall…but I now can so I will… hah!
