Yesina gets arrested, again

Cops in Whittier.

So, it’s midnight. That means it’s officially Wednesday – aka, the day my neighborhood loses its damn mind.

I hear a car running outside. When I look out of my window, I see two police cruisers in the street and an unmarked cop car on the side of the building.

Then there’s stomping in the hallway, and Yesina screaming,

Yesina: “DON’T TAKE THE BABY!”

Update: now a guy (Yesina’s boyfriend?) is swearing like a sailor…at a cop…

Cop: “We got a call that there was a fight, and four people involved…”

They went outside. Now the cops are yelling…one of the neighbors from across the street is already posted:

Update #2: The cop has someone handcuffed.
Cop: “What’s your name?”
(Male) Arrestee: “I didn’t do nothing!”
Cop: “What is your name?”
Arrestee: “You don’t need my name. I’m fucking handcuffed you can do what you want!”
Cop #2: “I think we need to teach him a lesson in following instructions.”
Arrestee: “I don’t need no fucking instructions!”

“Cop: I can see you!”

Cop: “You wanna take pictures? Eh?”

This is the second week in a row the police have stormed my building and kept me up when I have a 8:30am Wills & Trusts class the next day. I am therefore going to take a picture for the blog.

Update #3: The light is still flashed into my apartment, so I’m over being a peeping Tom…but now Yesina is outside:
Yesina: “I’m not even fucking resisting man! What you got to do that for?
(Cop says something I can’t make out)
Yesina
: “No, you’re stupid!”
Cop: “Because you’re a piece of shit!”

I then hear the click of handcuffs. Now someone else is screaming… I’m over this. Time to go to bed.

    WOW, that’s crazy lol.
I liked the part about the cop asking “You wanna take pictures, eh?”

Haha, really, he should deal with it. Poor you, I would be mad too if they woke me up while I needed sleep.

I’d laugh if he stumbled upon this post.

My apartment was flood-lit for an hour after that.

There are apartments for rent in my neighborhood where the excitement is usually whatever is happening at the Birchwood Cafe. Much less blog-fodder though!
