A Swedish Mojito is a light vodka-based variant on a classic mojito.
Mojitos are my summer drink of choice, but I hate the fuss and calories associated with the traditional recipe. As part this summer’s Svedka kick, I’ve made a vodka-soda mix that takes like a mojito.
Ingredients
- Svedka Clementine Vodka
- Lemon Perrier
- 1 Whole Lemon
- Fresh Mint
- Shaker
- Ice

Ingredients for a Swedish Mojito include Clementine Svedka, Lemon, Mint, and Lemon Perrier.
Instructions
- Put ice in the shaker.
- Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze half of the lemon into the shaker.
- Slice the remaining lemon half into small triangles.
- Tear the mint in half and place into shaker.
- Add 2-3 ounces of Clementine Svedka into the shaker.
- Pour the Svedka mix into your un-iced cup while adding Lemon Perrier.
- Add remaining ice, mint and lemon from the shaker.
- Garnish with mint.
